The theme for 2024: Inspire Inclusion.

I think it is important to remember that every day is a good day to continue evolving and changing society through individual change. For something to change from the root, it is not enough to go crazy advocating one day a year.

Truly meaningful changes are a marathon worked on day by day, not a sprint “because it’s trendy.”
